David Schlosberg – Principal
David Schlosberg is the Principal of Ultimate Infrastructure Advisors, an independent consultancy supporting the clean energy transition by providing strategic and operational advisory services to real estate, infrastructure development and technology companies. David’s expertise includes EV charging technology vetting and selection, utility engagement, EV charging project development, electricity tariffs, on-site and off-site electricity generation, carbon credits, electricity procurement, energy regulatory affairs and investment incentives.
Previously, David was a member of the senior leadership team at TeraWatt Infrastructure, a developer of large scale EV charging facilities for commercial vehicle fleets, where he was VP, Energy & Utilities, responsible for utility relations, grid interconnection, distributed energy resources, policy, grants and incentives.
Prior to TeraWatt, he served as the head of eMobility energy services for Enel X North America, a EV charging manufacturer and charge management software provider, where he led the business line’s participation in energy and environmental markets, load management programs for electric utilities, smart charging partnerships with electric vehicle automakers, and strategy for vehicle-to-grid integration technology.
In addition, he also held origination, development and regulatory roles at Google’s Access & Energy division and BrightSource Energy. David received his MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

When David was founding and naming his specialty consultancy, he realized that ultimately the world’s infrastructure was transitioning and needed to be built to enable a zero carbon emissions future. “Ultimate” implies what will inevitably be built to support the inevitable energy transition. With David’s help, this infrastructure will achieve the “ultimate” ideal in its efficiency in terms of both emissions reduction and financial success.
